These LOGIN & FTP settings will function a few days after you have re-directed your domain name to Vancouver Web Servers. You can use an FTP program to transfer files to and from your web server account.

A great free FTP program is FileZilla.

YOUR DIRECTADMIN CONTROL PANEL

We are pleased to offer a full-featured control panel. To log into your control panel, use the username and password assigned to your account. Our control panel makes creating and maintaining your Website simple.

Access to control panel: http://your-domain-name.com:2222.
Username: your_username
Password: ****** (your_account_password)

Please put this in your favorites as you will need it to easily track your statistics.

YOUR BILLING CONTROL PANEL

We use WHMCS to automate and process payments. To log into your billing account, use your email address and password you provided when signing up for a hosting account.

EMAIL

If you wish to setup a new email address, please do so from within the control panel under the mail icon. Once an account has been created please use the following settings to setup your account in you email program:

1. Incoming mail (POP3): mail.your-domain-name.com
   
2. Outgoing (SMTP): Please use your SMTP settings that were provided by your Internet Service Provider (ISP).
   FYI: Telus uses "smtp.telusplanet.net " and Shaw uses "mail@shaw.ca"
   If you do not have access to your ISP's mail server then you may also use mail.your-domain-name.com.
   
3. Account Name: your_email_address@your-domain-name.com
   
4. Password: ****** (your_email_password)

WEBSITE STATISTICS

To view your website statistics, please login to your control panel (see above) and select the icon labeled "Summary/Statistics". Next, please select "domain-name" - to see your web stats. You can select the month you wish to view from the top drop-down menu and you can click on any of the links on the left margin to choose to see a variety of specialized statistical information.
